Get a copy of your information
In the MayhemLab HQ Discord server, run /privacy-export. The bot privately returns an HQ data file to the requesting account. Do not share the export; it may contain player identifiers and history.
Ask to correct a record
Run /privacy-request type:correction with a brief description. HQ staff can update stored display fields or investigate disputed match-derived records. Staff will not claim a result has been independently verified by Riot.
Request account deletion
Run /privacy-request type:delete. A verified HQ administrator reviews your request. Once approved, the server revokes linked client tokens and removes your HQ player records from community features. Unlinking your desktop app alone does not erase HQ data.
Track your request
Run /privacy-status to review open or resolved requests. HQ staff can review requests through staff-only moderation commands.
What about Discord posts and backups?
New individually attributable bot posts are tracked and can be queued for removal. Older posts, screenshots, shared leaderboards and messages outside the bot's control may need manual moderator review. Routine backups are retained for up to 14 days; a 30-day deletion ledger protects against accidental data restoration. Older administrator-created snapshots must also be audited.
What isn't included?
MayhemLab HQ cannot erase League of Legends account data held by Riot, data stored locally on your computer, information kept by Discord, or third-party copies of publicly shared posts. To remove desktop data, use the application's local data controls separately.
